Board meetings take place eight times a year (more as needed) – owners may attend in person or via Zoom. Meeting information is shared with all owners via email prior to each meeting.
The EBR Board has no employees; owners’ COA (Condo Owners Association) dues include paying an outside entity to manage the running of EBR (see below).
