The actions of Owner Services include (but are not limited to):
- Issuing owner parking decals; updated annually or as needed
- Issuing guest parking passes (can be purchased by owners only)
- Issuing vendor/contractor passes
- Issuing owner and guest wristbands (can be purchased by owners only)
- Providing guest parking pass to guest when needed (not to be done ongoing and owners must first purchase this pass and provide details about who is picking up)
- Issuing pet tags and collecting paperwork & fees for pets
- Issuing owner’s cards which includes a photo of the card holder
- And much more—often, they are your first stop for questions you need answered; if they cannot assist, they will point you in the right direction.
