27a: I want to rent my property, what are the ways I can do this?

There are several ways you can rent your property, below are just some of the ways available to you:

  1. Self-manage:
    You handle all details for your guests. There is no check in desk, nowhere to pick up guest passes, keys, etc on property. You must coordinate all of this with your guests.
    *Occasionally, you may order and pay for a guest parking pass from owner services that the guest can pick up at the Owner Services office. Designed for last minute bookings or for lost passes, etc.
  2. Property management companies:
    There are many property management companies and all of them can work with EBR. You can use any management company but PCB-located companies–in particular—understand what EBR requires and will be able to get your guests what they need to use your unit.
