Details are mailed to all owners at election time.
Owners must mail in their BOD election votes–there currently is no digital voting procedure in place.
There is very specific protocol to follow to ensure your vote counts (who can complete the ballot and how, plus any necessary form to have on file in advance).
Any deeded owner may run for a BOD seat provided he/she is not behind on their COA assessments – information about running is sent to all owners well before the election time each year and anyone wishing to run can follow the process stipulated.
